Meet the founder

Mark Rickert

Founder, Busy Bee Aerial Productions LLC

Mark runs Busy Bee from the Dayton area, helping schools, contractors, chambers, and local organizations get clear aerial and ground imagery, plus 3D-printed pieces when a project calls for it.

Busy Bee Aerial Productions LLC is FAA-certified for commercial drone operations. The work spans aerial and ground photo and video across Southwestern Ohio and beyond, with a fleet built for serious field days: seven aerial drones, one underwater drone, and more than 700 miles of documented flight across six states. Since 2021 the shop has also offered 3D printing, including holiday ornaments for the Skyhawks and the Downtown Fairborn Committee train.

Recent projects include Fairborn school construction documentation, the New Carlisle water tower demolition, and chamber and community events throughout the region.
